Flaming Your Christmas Pudding


A spectacular presentation method for the traditional pudding. Usually brandy has enough alcohol content to use for this effect, but using vodka will provide a longer flame time and create a greater impact.

Warm the spirit to be used gently and pour approx 50ml of spirit over the Pudding and light. Be careful to use a heat resistant platter and ensure that the alcohol spirit does not pool in the bottom of the platter.
