Our award winning MACADAMIA NUT Puddings use the same base recipe as Traditional, but add generous amounts of crushed Australian Macadamia nuts and an exotic nut oil to enhance the nut flavours. The Macadamia's are in a variety of sizes to ensure the nutty texture is through the whole pudding. The result is a uniquely Australian pudding with a different taste and texture to our Traditional recipe.

Available in sizes from 500gram through to 2kg with calico wrap. Logs are available in 500gram and 1kg sizes.
