GLUTEN FREE Puddings utilise rice flour and rice breadcrumbs in the recipe. Because there is very little flour used in our recipe, there is little impact on flavour when we replace the wheat flour with rice flour, so this pudding is suitable for the whole family but ideal for coeliacs.
